Currently cramping like crazy and tired, from being up all night, because I was cramping like crazy. Yup, you girls know what I'm talking about, the struggle week, that time of the month. Gosh it sucks. I honestly just want to rip out my uterus during this time, does anyone else feel me? #girlproblems.
Anyway, I snapped these photos the other day during my workout. I decided to do a stair interval workout, which is something I haven't done in a while. Since it's summer and I've been traveling and doing a lot of social things (seeing friends, events etc.), I've been pretty leniant on my diet and exercise routine. I've been aiming to get 2-3 workouts in a week, and allow myself to eat more of what I enjoy. My workouts have been mostly bodyweight work and interval, cardiovascular training (hence the stair workout). I like to do exercises that will get my heart rate up and facilitate cardiovascular strength. I find that interval training is a super efficient way to workout and it has so many benefits as well.
I've been thinking about making videos of my workouts for you all, to better understand and follow along with what I do. What do you think?
I'm definitely going to start intensifying my workouts and cutting a bit, cause my birthday is less than a month away!
