Hey Lovebugs. I'm currently laying on my couch with my cat debating whether I should go to the gym or binge watch reality TV shows. Ha, the struggle is real. I've been prepping for this weekend and staying really focused towards my goal. I'm excited to show the judges what I've got, and my passion towards the body confidence issues in young women that I want to speak about. Just to recap for those that don't know; I'm competing in the Miss Maryland USA 2018 pageant. It's been two months and some change preparing for this moment, and I feel I'm ready as I'll ever be.
I've switched up my fitness routine and diet for the past few months in order to be comp ready, and I really like the results I've gotten. I know it's been quite some time since I posted a fitness related post, so I definitely will be creating one full of tips that I've recently used, for you soon. And maybe even a beginning of fall body weight fitness video series ;) Anyways, I just wanted to give you guys a little life update.
