WORKOUT WEDNESDAYS // SNEAK PEEK
So it's been far too long since I've posted a workout post for you guys, which I can't believe. But, I've been working on a little project to bring to you guys very soon. It's called Workout Wednesdays, which is a series where I bring you new workouts every week to do, as we approach the colder seasons. I want everyone to think of the workouts as a challenge every week. To master the movements and go up in reps as the week progresses, until I introduce the following week's workout. It will be important to track your progress and see what improvements you make in weight and personal goals.
The fun part will be that each workout every week will include very little equipment. You won't need a gym or any super fancy equipment, all you'll need is you and your own bodyweight! I'm excited to workout with you all very soon on Workout Wednesdays, and get over hump day together :)
